In the processing of your loan, third party costs will
be incurred by FCM and it's Mortgage Brokers, such as,
but not limited to, Credit Report Fees (Approximately
$35.00) and Appraisal Fees (Approximately $350.00) on
your behalf. Whereas,
by submitting your application online through this website,
or by any other means, you understand that you will
be held liable to pay these costs, and any other incurred
fees on your behalf, regardless of your loan applications
approval or denial, and that prepayment for these fees
are required if you chose to continue after your initial
Loan Officer consultation/loan origination. All payments
are non-fundable once these third party expenses have
been incurred by FCM on your behalf, regardless of loan
outcome. Note: If your loan is
approved, these costs are normally rolled into the loan
so you do not have to pay for them out of pocket, and
if you have paid them, they can be reimbursed back to
you at closing, depending upon how you work this with
