company must be in, and remain in good standing with
the governing authorities and in full compliance with
all mortgage/lending regulations. Unethical, deceptive
or predatory lending practices will not be tolerated.
Such actions will result in immediate system termination
and participation without notice or refund. |

As
a part of WebCard's do diligence, your company must
provide at least three good customer references, that
will be verified. |
|
|
Your
company cannot have any pending litigation against
it involving questions of fraudulent lending, etc..
If your company and/or brokers have ever been found
guilty of any fraudulent lending practices in the
past, you are hereby disqualified from system participation
without further investigation and waiver. |
|
|
Payment
of setup fee is required at the time of program start.
The monthly service and maintenance fees are then
to be billed quarterly, and they are due in advance
for each quarter. |

You
must agree to and comply with all other terms and
conditions as outlined in the service agreement and
